Before preparing the mask, slightly warm the infusion and pour it into the crumb of rye bread, grind everything with a blender until smooth. Spread the gruel along the entire length of the hair, remove under the bag and towel. Keep for about an hour.
- Yeast. It is preferable to use live pressed ones, they contain more useful substances that contribute to hair restoration. 1 tbsp pour yeast with the same amount of warm milk and add 1 tsp. Sahara.
